Mixed Feelings About a stay

dirty towel vanilla vodka

The staff was nice. They were always cheerful and helpful.

My cleaner took a dirty towel, it was not replaced for 48 hours. It took 3 phone calls to reception with promises to replace it before my husband refused to leave reception until they gave him one to bring back to the room with him. THAT WAS FRUSTRATING. The all inclusive drinks are pretty awful, the vodka has a vanilla flavour to it and tasted bad mixed with Coke.

loud music annoying animation

The location was acceptable and close to the beach.

The loud music from the animation team was excessive. This loud music persisted throughout the afternoon. The evening children's entertainment also had music that was too loud, bothering many elderly guests (over 50% of the guests ).

friendly staff room upgrade multiple restaurants fast service

The staff helped me quickly, and it was friendly. I received a room upgrade with a great sea view. The meals offered many options at multiple restaurants. I was happy with the fast service.

I noticed that some furniture in the room showed slight signs of wear.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and an omelet station. It was great! The lunch service offered outdoor seating near the pool and provided grilled meats and salads. The dinner menu presented themed cuisine nights with varied options.

The room had a king-size bed. a balcony that overlooked the sea, it was nice. It included a minibar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. A spacious bathroom offered complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.
